An Emotional - Educational Institute

There are ceratin reasons for every organisation to survive that is one of the basic lesson management institutes teach to their graduates before they start managing anything.There is an institute of management in the western part of the country which was started to bring emotional happiness to many in the country by strenghthening rural production systems.The system which also works as a cushion in emotional recession phase to save many industries.However, over the years institute and its graduates managed their emotion and tried to be paragmatic in the changing globe.
Emotions are built in any individual over a long period of time. And emotions decide that how an individual will act.Management Institutes does not build emotions in anyone therfore acts are also independent. The things that are usually offered to manage is also like topline ,bottom line ,process ,functions etc.........x y z but not exactly emotions. For example if you post questions like "why poor are becoming more poor or rich more rich ?"
why is development coming on the expense of human agony ? ......many more ....
In any situation ability to come down and realise that these questions could be answered emotionally because largely unanswered so far in the debate of brain and heart. which functions more efficiently. (Bilogically both needs to be efficient) In brief no company offers an emotion managing profile neither for customers nor for employees. Therfore, unanswered questions are remain unanswerd.

We could perhaps fix the problem to one common understanding that techniques can be used to estimate amount of emotional disturbance human beings go through when they are poor ......in certain occasion rich as well suffer from it. So ,the attempt would be to understand emotional economics and exploring anwers which were unanwerd till date.
